We know that feeling when chores turn into negotiations, and we built the Family Chore Roulette to bring a little luck, laughter, and fairness back into the house. Every message you send is read by a real human, not an automated bot, and we take the time to understand what made your experience easy, confusing, fun, or frustrating. We do not share your email with anyone else and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to. Our goal is to reply within 2 business days, often much faster if you write early in the week time. If your matter is urgent, like a bug that prevents you from using the site, please include the word URGENT in your subject line and we will prioritize it. For non-urgent ideas, we batch similar suggestions and send a thoughtful update once we have explored a solution. You will always hear back, even if it is just to say thank you and that we have logged your idea for a future release.

There is no wrong question, no silly suggestion, and no language barrier that will stop us from trying to help. Write in the way that is most comfortable for you. We ask only that you keep the conversation respectful. We reserve the right to not respond to spam, abusive, or irrelevant content, but we will always try to assume good intent. We also value honesty: if we cannot build a feature right now, we will tell you why, whether it is due to keeping the site lightweight, fully static, or AdSense-compliant without tracking.

Before you write — quick answers

A lot of questions have simple answers. The app works completely in your browser, so no download is needed, and your chores and names never leave your device. If your list disappeared after clearing browser data, that is expected because we intentionally avoid servers for privacy. If the roulette feels unfair, try spinning a few more times — randomness can feel streaky, and we are working on an optional smart fairness mode that gently balances chores over weeks without losing the fun surprise.
